The staff were excellent, helpful, and kind. The suite was worth it, with great facilities. The hotel property is huge and beautiful. The rooms have a great view of the park and waterfall. The staff were helpful in arranging taxis. The lobby was nice and the staff spoke English well. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. The lobby cafe had delicious food and drinks.

The Cafe restaurant at this hotel offers a wide variety of international dishes in their buffet. Guests can enjoy a selection of food items ranging from salmon dinner with mashed potatoes, apple pie and ice cream, to garden salad and club sandwich. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, with quick and attentive service. The location of the hotel is convenient, near the convention center and several local eateries down the hill. The rooms are well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views of the waterfalls and the surrounding grounds.

The climate control in the rooms is inadequate, as guests have experienced difficulty in adjusting the temperature to a comfortable level.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were kind and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. The rooms were tidy and clean, with modern amenities. The hotel is located in a great area, close to the park and the new Jinyang commercial district. The lobby area was beautifully designed, and the food and drinks at the lobby cafe were delicious.

Nothing everything was great.

Spent an amazing Easter weekend at a hotel with top-notch service and incredible food. The facilities were simply breathtaking, especially the swimming pool which was perfect for a refreshing dip after a long day exploring. The location was also great, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a park ideal for a morning walk.

The distance from the airport. It took quite a while to get there and taxis were somewhat expensive.

I was seriously impressed by my stay at the Hyatt Regency Guiyang. The hotel's design is exceptional, with beautiful water features both inside and outside. The food and drink options were exquisite, especially the scotch whiskies in the stylish bar. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities like a high-tech TV connection panel and Philips iPod dock. The hotel staff were well-trained and always helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities were beyond expectations, especially the Spa & wellness centre, offering a wide range of relaxing treatments, such as full body massage and facial. the indoor swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing morning swim, and the sun loungers in the garden area were great for soaking up the sun. the restaurant provided delicious in-room breakfast with a variety of dishes for special diet menus. the private facilities offered amazing views of the city skyline and perfect for a romantic getaway.

The only minor issue we had was the location. Although there were location advantages for business travelers, we found it to be a bit far from the city center and attractions.

The hotel is situated a bit far from the airport, but there are a few sights in walking distance, such as China's largest waterfall, Huangguoshu waterfall, and some other eateries around town. the rooms are well-maintained with comfortable beds and a good quality bathroom. the hotel staff provides excellent service and the breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of items, including delicious salmon. the hotel is set in beautiful grounds and has a great view of the waterfall.

The gym and fitness center restrictions can be a bit unclear and some guests have experienced issues redeeming vouchers.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The breakfast spread was quite extensive and the restaurant staff was friendly. the room size was decent, and the view from the room was impressive. the location is close to the city's main attractions, and there are some great local restaurants in the area as well, which are worth exploring.

The front desk staff was uninterested in providing recommendations or advice about the area, and they seemed to be in a rush to complete the check-in process. the room decor was dated, and the bathrooms were not very clean.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, and we appreciated the complimentary wine and chocolates provided in our room. The hotel's location near the park was perfect for our romantic getaway, allowing us to take long walks and enjoy the beautiful scenery. One of the best aspects of our stay was the delicious breakfast, with plenty of options to choose from.

Our experience at the hotel was not all positive. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly, making it difficult to sleep comfortably at night.

There was only one minor issue during my stay at this hotel. the choices on the menu in the restaurant were a bit limited, and the service could be slow at times.
